Last Two Product Goals:

Objective 1: Increase subscriptions to live online training
Key Results:

  • Secure 20 monthly subscriptions to Scrum.org public classes
  • Secure 20 monthly subscriptions to Scrum Alliance public classes
  • Partner with 2 other European training providers

Objective 2: Successfully launch our first e-learning training
Key Results:

  • 5 New subscribers to the e-learning class every month
  • Learners rate this new training 4.5 / 5 stars
  • 60% of the new subscribers do it directly on the website, without going through a partner
