What is this training about?

This one-day Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills course offers an immersive exploration of techniques and practices to effectively manage your Product Backlog. It will allow you, through a use-case, to learn to go from a vision and a Product goal, to experimenting and improving your product. This is done in Scrum through the Product Backlog. However, as a Product Owner, you do not work alone. you interact with your Scrum Teams, your stakeholders and your customers. Therefore, you will also learn in this course to understand your stakeholders, work with them in a convenient, professional way, and to make your Product Backlog transparent for them.

After attending a PSPBM-Skills course by a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), you will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management (PSPBM-Skills) assessment. If you do not score the 85% needed to pass the certification during the first 14 days, you will receive a 2nd attempt for Free.

Who's the trainer?

Zakaria Gaizi is a CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) and a PST (Professional Scrum Trainer). Throughout his illustrious career, Zakaria has worn multiple hats, including that of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Product Coach, and Leadership Coach. His vast experience spans coaching teams, mid-management, as well as executive and C-Level professionals.
His diversity in experience grants him a comprehensive perspective, enabling him to enrich his training sessions with real-world examples, drawn from various scenarios and industries.
