What is this training about?

This two-day Professional Scrum Master course offers an immersive exploration of Agile and Scrum principles, enhancing the understanding of Scrum application in teams and organizations. Developed by Scrum.org, it blends instructor-led and team-based, activity-driven learning, including case studies. The Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) share personal experiences, delivering content in a unique style for an engaging and insightful experience. Participants deepen their grasp of Scrum theory, Scrum Master accountabilities, and the why behind each Scrum element. The course fosters an appreciation of Professional Scrum, tackles common myths, and equips students with practical techniques and practices to benefit their Scrum Teams.

After attending a PSM course by a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), you will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. If you do not score the 85% needed to pass the certification during the first 14 days, you will receive a 2nd attempt for Free.
